Important Information for Bidders
*Our auction catalogues are available on both the easyliveAuction ® and The Saleroom and live bidding platforms. You will need to register with them to bid.
(easyliveAuction ® offers either a online bidding flat fee or a percentage hammer price fee. The Saleroom charges a percentage hammer price fee.)
Customers can view the sale and bid in person or via a commission bid without any additional fee. Our normal buyers commission fees apply.
Please note that registration with either online bidding platform requires a debit/credit card but we have no access to these and cannot take payment for items won at auction.
All lots are available to view in the week before the auction, but if you are not viewing in person we strongly suggest that you request a condition report before bidding.
Payment by successful bidders should be made via Bank transfer quoting your buyer name or number when you receive your invoice from us.
We also accept payment via chip and pin debit cards if collecting in person. If your invoice is less than £200 we also accept payment by debit card over the telephone.
Lots won at auction can either be posted to you if small light items such as jewellery or collected the week following the auction every week day between 10am and 4pm by either yourself or your courier. Please note our recommended couriers to pack and ship your lots to you are Part & parcel or Mailboxes. The nearest Mailboxes are Guildford and Southampton.
